Congratulations Ryan! – 15 years!
As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we continue to recognize the people that have been instrumental in helping us get to this point. One of these individuals is Ryan who has now been with Caroba for over 15 years. Ryan spent 13 years with UPS in operations as well as Senior Tech in the Technology Support Group and Industrial Engineering Supervisor. With this IT background Ryan was able to bring his extensive knowledge of computer systems and databases to our company just as our need for IT became increasingly important.
The systems that Ryan has implemented over the years are crucial in helping us manage every facet of our business from ordering raw materials, planning, production, quality control, HR, and shipping. While implementing and maintaining these systems would be enough responsibility for most people, it was discovered early that Ryan has a talent for working with people so Ryan has been given several other job functions throughout the years.
Since Ryan is fluent in English and Spanish, he is crucial in making sure that there is a cohesive presence between all job functions, all departments, and all shifts. He is also very effective in communicating overall direction of the company to our employees so everyone knows our objectives…especially our Quality Objectives!
