Our “tooling is your home” philosophy has proven that starting with a well-designed & well-built tool, combined with our unique maintenance program, will yield tremendous benefits to the life of a tool, production efficiency and part quality. To build on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Caroba Plastics employs a Master Toolmaker who oversees our tool room & our team of tooling maintenance specialists.
Caroba Plastics is production & quality focused first. As such, we do not build tools in-house. We maintain close relationships with expert tool making companies who are focused on making tools better, faster & at a lower cost. Our engineering team works closely with those partners through the build process by participating in part design, mold-ability review, molding simulation & mold design. Along with our maintenance program, our tooling shop further supports our production efforts with quick turn-around repair & engineering changes.
