There is no better way to celebrate our 40th anniversary than to bring together our amazing team for a gathering to remember! On a beautiful October fall day, we gathered our employees and their families for food, fun, and giveaways. Excellent food such as BBQ, cotton candy, popcorn, and snow cones kept the crowd fed and a whole list of activities kept them entertained. These activities included miniature golf, bouncy playhouses, giant Jenga, big battleship, giant chess, cornhole, face paintings, and the fan favorite was the dunk tank!
The facility tours of our plastic injection molding operation turned out to be quite popular as you can see in the photos. We are very proud of the work we do, and this provided our families with a rare glimpse into our everyday work life…which is the definition of #madeinusa!
Certainly, the highlight of the day was the message of “Gratitude” from our CEO (Barry) to all the employees. Barry also recognized 2 special employees that have been with us for over 35 years. April (38+ years) and Sharron (35+ years) have dedicated the vast majority of their career helping make Caroba what it is today. This was then followed by a heartfelt “Thank You” from our President (Don) to Barry on behalf of the employees for always putting the employees first when making business decisions. These were powerful messages that highlight where our company focus has been for 40 years…on the dedicated team of people that we enjoy working with every day!
