Congratulations Otilia – 10 Years!

Otilia moved to Denver in 2011 from Florida after working for years as a Supervisor in the Hotel Industry. Upon moving to Denver, she started working in food manufacturing and ended up with Caroba in 2014. Immediately we recognized her attention to detail, and she found a home in our assembly department.

Over the years, Otilia has been instrumental in the success of our post molding assembly operations. After 7 years and a countless number of successful projects, Otilia was moved into our clean room that requires the highest levels of quality to assemble, bag, sonic weld, and spin weld parts. These are some of the most critical parts in the industry and Otilia is highly trusted to ensure smooth clean room operations.

When asked what has kept her at Caroba for 10 years, Otilia responded that she really appreciated the flexibility when she had to care for her elderly parents. Family is very important to Otilia, so much so that we have her sister and her daughter working at Caroba also! Otilia wanted to express her gratitude to supervisors for the flexibility and all the things she has learned working with the team. We want to express our gratitude as well…for all the amazing work and for being part of the Caroba Family for so long!
