Congratulations Chuck – 15 years!

In a manufacturing operation, it takes people that you can rely on day in and day out. Inherently some people are more reliable than others, but no one is more reliable than Chuck!

At 17 years old, Chuck started his working career in the printing industry and stayed there for 23 years. As it became apparent that the printing industry was giving way to modern technology, Chuck reinvented himself at the age of 40 and started working for Caroba as our Warehouse Supervisor. In the early years, Chuck was a one-man-show and was responsible for handling the rapidly increasing needs of our growing manufacturing company. Duties included inventory adjustments, put-away, inventory replenishment, order pulls, and all the corresponding paperwork.

As the volume of work grew beyond the superhuman capabilities of Chuck, he then became instrumental in adding more employees to the warehouse operation. As each new employee was added, Chuck would train them on his ways and lead them to success. Well-liked by all, honest, and always the first to help, Chuck exemplifies the positive teamwork culture that is crucial to a well-run organization.

In his free time, Chuck likes to lift weights, eat healthy, and absolutely loves spending time with his grandkids and family. When asked what has kept him at Caroba for 15 year….It’s the People! He loves the team he works with and really enjoys working with his “Brother from another Mother”, Robert (click here). Chuck also mentioned that management and Barry Hart have been awesome to work with all these years. Thank you for all your hard work and the incredible personality you bring to our company.
